Universal Orlando Resort operates a massive fleet of free shuttle buses that run continuously from two hours before park opening until two hours after closing (or an hour after CityWalk closes).
- From Theme Parks & CityWalk: Free, dedicated shuttle buses run back and forth directly between the CityWalk transportation hub (serving Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure) and Epic Universe. The drive takes about 10–15 minutes utilising dedicated express bus lanes down Kirkman Road.
- From On-Site Hotels: If you are staying at any official Universal hotel, you have access to free, direct bus transportation to Epic Universe. Buses run roughly every 10–15 minutes depending on the resort.
tHEME PARK PARKING
- Standard Self-Parking: Costs $35 per day (or $32 if pre-paid online in advance).
- Prime Self-Parking: Costs $50–$60 per day. This places your vehicle under large solar panels that provide shade, and it is located much closer to the front entrance. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are also exclusively located in this section.
- Late Arrival Benefit: Parking is completely free for all guests arriving after 6:00 PM (excluding select special events or Halloween Horror Nights).
- Park Hopping Transfer: If you pay for parking at Epic Universe, your receipt is valid for same-day parking at the main CityWalk garage if you decide to switch parks later in the day (and vice versa).

If you are using Uber, Lyft, or getting dropped off by a friend, follow the specific highway signs to bypass the parking toll plazas.
Dedicated Drop-off Location: The drop-off and pick-up hub is located at 1201 Epic Blvd, Orlando (right next to the accessible parking loops). There is no fee to access this loop. Tip: It is about a 5-minute flat walk from the rideshare loop to the front ticket turnstiles. Valet parking lanes cannot be used for rideshare drop-offs.
Walking (Exclusive to Select Hotels)
- Universal Helios Grand Hotel: Guests staying here have the ultimate luxury—a dedicated, private theme park entrance located right off the main lobby that leads directly into Celestial Park.
- Universal Stella Nova & Terra Luna Resorts: These twin resorts are situated immediately adjacent to the Epic Universe campus. Guests can easily take a short, designated walkway right to the front gates.
LYNX Public Bus Transportation
For travelers looking for a budget-friendly option directly from Orlando International Airport (MCO), the local public transit system offers a direct route.
LYNX Bus Route #311: For just $2 per rider each way, you can take this express public bus from Terminal A at MCO straight to the Epic Universe transit hub. It runs daily from roughly 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM and takes about 40 minutes, making it an incredibly affordable alternative to airport rideshares.
